Sam Crimmin
After a successful career in hospitality and customer service, Sam decided to retrain and follow his true passion – helping people improve their health and quality of life through osteopathy.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Osteopathy from the College of Osteopaths, Sam has advanced skills in hands-on assessment, treatment, and patient-centred care, alongside strong clinical reasoning and reflective practice.
Sam’s clinical work has included supporting people with chronic pain, postural issues, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. He particularly enjoys creating tailored treatment plans that empower his patients to take an active role in their own recovery.
Before training as an osteopath, Sam worked in senior management roles in hospitality. Those experiences developed his communication, leadership, and organisational skills, which now underpin the high standard of care he provides to patients.
Looking ahead, Sam is beginning his postgraduate training at the Osteopathic Centre for Children, where he will further develop his skills in paediatric osteopathy and expand his expertise in supporting children and families.
Sam is especially interested in:
- Paediatric osteopathy
- Acute and chronic pain management
- Sports injury rehabilitation
- Health promotion and patient education
